Service Level Target
We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the production Service, excluding scheduled maintenance. Enterprise customers receive service credits if monthly uptime falls below the target — see the MSA at /legal/terms §3.
Scheduled maintenance is notified with 72 hours' notice, preferentially outside customer working hours.
