What counts as a tracked user?+
Any person whose AI activity GreyScape.ai is monitoring — typically employees signed in via SSO, or anyone whose AI calls land in your providers' usage logs. Admins, viewers, and finance roles inside GreyScape.ai itself are free; we only bill on monitored end-users.
What if my user count grows mid-month?+
We give you a 7-day grace window when you cross your licensed seat count. After that, if you're sustained at 110% or above for a week, we auto-upgrade you to the next nearest 10-seat band and Stripe prorates the difference on your next invoice. At 130% we ask the admin to confirm an upgrade before adding more seats. Everything is visible on /portal/billing.
How does the 14-day refund work?+
If GreyScape.ai isn't right for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of your first paid invoice and we'll refund 100% via Stripe — no support call, no exit interview, no questions. We'd rather lose a customer cleanly than keep one who isn't getting value.
Can I switch from monthly to annual (or back)?+
Yes. Open /portal/billing → Manage subscription → change plan. Stripe handles the proration math; we apply the new rate from the next billing cycle. Switching to annual saves 17%.
Why no free trial?+
Free trials force us to gate features and add an expiration deadline. Both make the product harder to evaluate. Instead, we ship a fully-realistic interactive demo (at /demo) and back paid signups with a 14-day refund guarantee. You get the real product on day one with no gates and no countdown.
Do you have a free or starter tier?+
No. We considered it; the math doesn't work for a hosted service with real ongoing per-tenant infrastructure costs. The 14-day refund means you can sign up risk-free, and the public demo lets you evaluate without any commitment at all.
What's included in Enterprise that Standard doesn't have?+
Standard is the same product everyone uses — Enterprise adds negotiated contractual paperwork (MSA, DPA, SCCs, security review pack), procurement-friendly billing (NET-30 invoicing, PO matching, W-8BEN-E available), a named customer success manager, optional EU data residency, and pilot programmes. We move to Enterprise above 1,000 users because that's where contracted-out billing usually makes more sense than monthly Stripe Checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?+
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB, UnionPay). Enterprise customers can pay by bank transfer (ACH in the US, SEPA in the EU, BACS / FPS in the UK). All invoices are in USD.
Where is GreyScape.ai based and where's our data stored?+
GreyScape.ai is a service of KARRD Services FZCO, registered in IFZA Business Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, UAE. Production infrastructure runs on Railway in Frankfurt by default.
