Set monthly spending caps at the organisation, team, user, or project level. Soft alert at 75% of cap, hard alert at 100%.

Note: team and organisation budgets include their members' usage and subscriptions. Don't sum "spent" across budget rows — totals overlap by design because budgets nest hierarchically.

New budget

Budgets are monthly and reset at the start of each period. Create a new row each month, or duplicate from the list below if next month’s cap is the same.

GreyScape.ai is observability-only — exceeding a budget triggers an alert and is logged for review, but does not block API calls. (Hard enforcement is the Phase 3 gateway product.)
